Purchased as a recital dress. I would size down from the size you think you need. This was a little big on me and I had to pin it in a few places to get it to work properly!
Overall a beautiful dress and I loved it as my recital dress!

Very pretty dress especially for the price. Bought to wear to a Jane Austen themed party (not really Regency style but close enough).
Runs small. I usually wear size 8 or 10 in dresses and the 14 fit like a glove. It is also quite long. I am 5'9" and the length is perfect.
